Itinerary

You will arrange a pick-up time with pyramids power tours and begin your Alexandria Tour from Cairo by being transferred to Alexandria in a modern air- conditioned vehicle, accompanied by your experienced tour guide, for approximately two hours of driving.

Along the way, we will stop at the nearest rest area if you wish to have a drink, use the restroom, or stretch your legs.

The day begins with a visit to Pompey’s Pillar, the only surviving Roman temple pillar, which stands on a rocky plateau in the surrounding ruins of the Serapeum, followed by a visit to the medieval Citadel of Qaitbay, which was built by the Mamluk Sultan in 1477 A.D.

Afterward, we will go to The Bibliotheca of Alexandria.

You will be transferred to enjoy the walk by the Alexandria corniche and the old harbor where you can see the old fishing boats, men fishing, and traditional fishermen making nets.
